play pop, passionate and arouse Oi-punk.The Japanese audience at the Wild
Wacky Party tour in September were moved by their powerful sound

Nonstop Body
is a 3 piece OiPunk band from Seoul, South Korea.They began playing live
in January of 2001 in Seoul.All 3 of them are young, around 20 years old. They
are all very shy and cute, too. However, they really rock live, a very
cool band!I would be very wrong if I thought they were just an average
Oi Punk band. The bass player Shinil is studying Japanese language really
hard, and she is very profficient in Japanese. She even sends e-mail in
Japanese. At this time they are rcording their 1st album, to be released
by BENTEN Label.They are eagerly anticipating meeting everyone in Japan
at Wild Wacky Party Asia in September.

yet, each idea is interestingly done and
with a pleasing rythm & melody.
<<NONSTOP-BODY HISTORY>>
EUN-SUN (g/v) and INZO (dr/ch) met and knew eacother from a club.
The 2 of them joined together and created a band, and... after some
time, it was no longer just the two of them. EUN-SUN's friend ASHER
(b/v) came and played bass with them. And that is how Nonstop Body came
together in the begining of March, 2000. After alot of practice, they auditioned
at a club called "LIVE CLUB", and in thatplace they met Kyono from
GMC Label.
GMC released lots of hard core band in Seoul.Kyono booked lots of shows
for us at that time. Doll magazine(the best punk magazine in Japan ) featured
Korean hard core scene with GMC label bands including NONSTOP BODY in December
2000.
As soon as Audrey Kimura, BENTEN Label read about it she flew to Seoul
to meet them. NONSTOP-BODY did the front act of Lolita No.18 Korean tour
and they are now recording their 1st album in Seoul which will be released
in very near future from BENTEN Label . |

it all, and so many
more she can not list them all.

INZO (( Yoon-Hee ))

Nickname: from her imitation of a robot
(in Korean the sound a robot makes is "INZO")
Favorite Things: She has a
puppy and she can not live without her dog.
She likes cute characters,
especially "Uminin" and Hello Kitty.
Favorite Music: Punk and various other types

the clash,

Nickname: CRAZING
Interests: She likes doing graffiti, and enjoys using
computers.
Favorite Bands: Kurt&Courtney, crying nut, 18cruk...

Nonstop Body made 2 Demo CDs (before their upcoming album).
The first one was a compilation CD. 6 bands, who were
all friends with eachother, came together to create the compilation, with
total of 29 songs. Nonstop Body met with their friends in April of 2000
to do a live recording of 7 songs. It was released through mailorder in
a supplement of Melon magazine. The 1st Demo was also sold
through GMC Label as 8 of their songs. The 2nd Demo went to members of
the label and immediate friends. There were few words and illustrations
inside, but they were still great. |

| It is more important to us that everyone can come together
and enjoy our music, than to become famous. Vocals is not the only
thing EUN-SUN's wants to do. She also hopes to mange and produce a SMALL
record label. |
| <<The Meaning of "NONSTOP-BODY">> |
First of all, the name of the band in Korean is MOMUURUMALYO.
The name has two meanings. The 1st meaning is when "the body dries and
becomes thing under the sun." And it is originally meant for whoever tries
to stop us.
In the end, we wrote the name in English, and it can
be said that the 2nd reason we are called ourselves "Nonstop Body"
in English. |
